Change your life in a day

​It is as true as it is simple:

The quality of our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts and questions.
If we only upgrade how we think inside and how we ask questions, our lives on the outside change in a short period of time. The more we upgrade, the faster and more profound the change on the outside.

The easiest, no cost and most beautiful way to upgrade our life and thoughts is to deepen and turbo charge our gratitude. It is near impossible to be depressed AND grateful at the same time.

Don't wait for the good stuff, be deeply grateful for what is around you now, for what you already have and your life will change within a day. The deeper the gratitude, the better we feel.

As for our questions, our minds are answer seeking machines.... we put in a question, the mind will come up with an answer.

​HOW we ask the question will determine WHAT answer we get.

Question : Why am I always late ?
Answer: Because you can't get it together.

Or, Question : What three steps can I take today  to always be on time ?
Answer : Well, step one could be to......etc.
